The story behind Redsaddle.

❊ About Us

At Redsaddle, we believe every brand has a story underneath it. Not a tagline or a mission statement, but the real reason people should care. Most brands lose it somewhere between the website, the blog, the social feed, and the last campaign. Our job is to find it and make sure every channel tells it.

Kirsten Cornelius founded Redsaddle after years of building brand content, social, and employer brand programs for global companies, leading teams across 60+ markets and nine languages. She saw the same thing everywhere: great people, great products, and content that sounded like it came from twelve different companies. Redsaddle was built to fix that.

And the name? Blame Tilly, a red Pembroke Welsh corgi. Welsh legend says fairies once rode corgis into battle, and the marking on their shoulders is where the saddle sat. In real life, corgis move cattle many times their size by keeping the whole herd heading one way. That's the job. We find the story underneath your brand, then keep every channel pointed at it.

Heard around the herd.

We’d rather let the work speak, but the people we've worked with tend to say it better. Here's what clients, collaborators, and colleagues have to say about working with Kirsten.

It’s rare to come across a leader as authentic, visionary, and purpose-driven as Kirsten. From the moment you begin working with her, it’s clear her approach to marketing goes far beyond campaign or metrics — she’s a storyteller at heart.
